CALGB 40101 Randomized adjuvant. C/A (4 vs. 6 cycles) vs. Taxol (4 vs. 6 cycles) for 1-3 positive notes. ER +/-, PR+/-, HER2 +/-.
PACCT-1 Randomized to hormonal tx vs. hormonal tx plus chemo, for patients with ER+ and/or PR+, HER2 neg.,
Node negative breast ca (1.1cm-5cm lesion).
NSABP B40 Randomized Phase III trial of Neoadjuvant Therapy in patients with palpable (>2cm) and operable breast cancer, evaluating the effect on pathologic complete response of adding Cepecitabine or Gemcitabine to Docetaxel when administering before AC with/without Bevacizumab and correlative science studies. Attempting to identify predictors of high likelihood for pCR with each of the Regimens.
NSABP B42 A clinical trial to determine the efficacy of 5 years of Letrozole compared to placebo in patients completing 5 years of hormonal therapy consisting of an aromatase inhibitor (AI) or Tamoxifen. Followed by an AI in prolonging disease-free survival in post-menopausal women with HER2 + breast cancer.

Alexion Assessing the natural history of PNH for all patients with a PNH diagnosis.
